专利说明:
[0001] The present invention relates to a system for fastening slats or strips juxtaposed to form a raised floor or floor, for example a terrace, or more generally a decking, said slats then being fixed on a support structure which can be based on parallel elements such as joists or joists oriented perpendicular to the axis of said slats. Fasteners are arranged in rows on said supports, in order to fix the slats juxtaposed according to a schedule of parallel appearance. These fasteners are designed to replace the traditional fastening screw, binding in that it requires among other things to make accurate measurements, pre-drills, additional holes to drown screw heads, etc. The realization of a plating by screwing is also long and tedious, the screwing operations to be carried out individually. Finally, another disadvantage of this type of assembly is aesthetic, since the screws remain visible on the decking surface. This is the reason why it has been proposed to use fasteners whose implementation is much easier, and which are for example arranged on the support joists, these fasteners being configured so that they can be fixed in recesses provided for this purpose in the lower face of the slats. Thus, more specifically, certain fasteners, provided in an elastic material, comprise a first part forming a base and intended to be fixed on the upper surface of the joists or joists, and a second portion of shape perpendicular to the previous forming somehow tenon intended to snap elastically into recesses or mortises made in the slats. These fasteners, screwed regularly on the surface of the supports, do not remove all the problems that arise during the making of such a decking. Thus, the location of their attachment must be calculated, requiring either very precise measurements, or the positioning of these fasteners on a media that provides in advance their relative positioning and is then fixed on the joists. Even when these preliminary operations are properly performed, it is difficult to guarantee an assembly without pitfalls because the support beams, usually wood, can deform under the effect of weather conditions, including weather, and their usual corollaries: the wood can work and change shape due to changes in temperature, swelling due to moisture, which can in turn favor the appearance of fungi, etc. The upper surfaces of these wooden supports, which are supposed to keep their shape and must in principle be planed at the origin - which constitutes in passing an additional constraint to be ensured - do not in practice always meet the initial specifications. Not to mention the sustainability of the structure, which suffers from insufficient protection against climatic damage and can deteriorate as time passes. In the disassembly phase, each of these fasteners - often made of plastic - must then in practice be unscrewed individually, for example for maintenance operations or for the purpose of recycling. This is a restrictive step that can be dissuasive. The juxtaposed slat fastening system of the present invention overcomes these various deficiencies, by proposing a design that provides effective protection of the support structure, especially against rot and fungi, and thus improves the durability of the wood. It also greatly facilitates the fixing and disassembly of the slats and fasteners, allows functional play in the event of deformation of the slats and finally guarantees the constancy of important geometric parameters such as flatness, etc. [0002] Thus, the invention is essentially characterized in that the fastening system comprises a plurality of impermeable sections arranged in parallel for a flat floor, or in the form of an impervious profile for each support of the joist or joist type and then covering the upper surface of said support, removable securing means and positioning means being provided on the profile and on the fasteners made of an elastic flexible material, said positioning means allowing a play in the direction of the axis of the profile. This profile, for example aluminum, is therefore rigid and impervious to precipitation, and forms a protective cover of the wood supports, including its upper part subjected to the weather chiefly. Given the manufacturing processes of this type of profile, for example by extrusion, straightness and flatness are guaranteed. The securing means of the fasteners to said section being removable, they are easily removable. This structure also regulates the problem of the distribution of slats, since the positioning means are provided in advance, further adapted to the particular technical context of wooden slats that can be deformed, axial adjustment of the fasteners being possible. These features give the unit unmatched ease and flexibility. In the case of attaching the profiles to a support type concrete floor or tiled floor, spacers provide the interface with said floor, for example hard rubber shims. More specifically, each section may comprise two lateral rails shaped to cooperate with at least two hook tabs protruding from the sole of each fastener in the vicinity of its longitudinal ends, which snap elastically in said slides when said sole rests on the upper surface of profile. The fasteners are fixed in practice transversely to the profile, the securing means are therefore close to the two ends of each fastener. Removability derives in particular from the elastic nature of the material constituting the fasteners, which allows flexing of the main body of the fastener as much as, more locally, fastening tabs. [0003] More specifically, said tabs extend from sleepers connecting the edges of openings of rectangular shape made in the sole, said sleepers being oriented along the axis of the profile. Because of the flexible material of the fasteners, the sleepers can undergo a certain torsion which, combined with the bending of the legs is put to advantage during the phases of assembly and disassembly. Thus, the tabs have on their side opposite to that provided at the free end of a projecting profile constituting the hook, a fin whose lower profile protrudes from the sole and comprises a rectangular-shaped cut. It is this cut that is used to insert a disassembly tool for pivoting the latching lug to unclip it, as will be explained in more detail below. According to the invention, the positioning means comprise at least two studs protruding from the soleplate, designed to be inserted into positioning holes provided in the upper surface of the profile, said studs being situated on either side of two planes. medians of the longitudinal and transverse attachment respectively. The fasteners have in fact almost a symmetry of central axis crossing perpendicularly the sole and passing through its geometric center, and defined by the two planes above. More specifically, the studs can be two in number, each connected by a tongue to a first edge of an opening of the sole which is on the one hand parallel to the axis of the profile and on the other hand proximal a transverse median plane of the fastener, each stud being placed in the vicinity of a second edge of the aperture perpendicular to the first edge. This tongue, flexible because made of the material of the fastener, allows axial play in case of expansion or contraction transverse slats decking. The game is however limited by the proximity of the second edge which is in fact a stop. [0004] According to the invention, the upper surface of the profile comprises a flat central rail on which the fasteners rest, surmounting two flat lateral portions placed at a distance from the upper surface of the rail at least equal to the projection of the tabs and fins from the lower surface of the sole. Said section may also be provided, in a transverse direction, returns capable of covering a portion of the vertical faces of joists-type supports, protection wood is then improved since the cover is increased. The runoff water can then flow without risk of stagnation on horizontal parts of the wood. According to a preferred configuration, a central axial groove of substantially rectangular section is formed in the upper surface of the central rail of the profile, said groove being provided on its vertical facing walls with a linear thread oriented parallel to the surface of the profile. . The fasteners themselves comprise a through hole centered in a transverse direction of the profile relative to said groove. It is then possible to fix in a more durable manner the fasteners to the profile, using a screw passing through the through hole and whose threads engage with the linear thread of the central groove. Fixing is then no longer only ensured by the clipping, which however performs the initial positioning. The central rail of the profile further comprises, on either side of the central groove, two lateral grooves section of rectangular shape of width at least equal to the diameter of the studs whose upper opening is partially closed by re-entrant edges separated by a slot, in which are made of the positioning holes of the pads. The invention will now be described in more detail, with reference to the appended figures, for which: - Figure 1 is a perspective view of the fastening system of the invention applied to a few slats and a support type latch; - Figure 2 shows a perspective view from above of a fastener; - Figure 3 shows in perspective a bottom view of the fasteners; - Figures 4a and 4b illustrate the attachment of a fastener on a profile, seen in cross section; - Figure 5 shows in perspective a section provided with fasteners, a portion of which lacks reveals their positioning holes; FIG. 6 illustrates the implementation of the axial functional clearance; and - Figures 7 and 8 show the manner of disassembling slats of a decking. With reference to the figures, and firstly to FIG. 1, the slat fastening system (1) of the invention consists of a profile (2) surmounting a joists (20) on which transverse fasteners ( 3) in principle regularly spaced. These fasteners, which are seen in particular in Figures 2 and 3, consist of two main parts, a sole (4) intended to abut against the upper part of the profile (2), projecting which unfolds substantially perpendicularly a fixing portion (5), the upper part of which has oblique lateral flaps (6, 6 '), in the form of an arrow in cross-section, said portion (5) being shaped to snap into recesses of corresponding shapes ( 7) provided in the lower surface of the slats (1) in a manner known per se. On both sides of the portion (5), the sole (4) has openings (8) of rectangular shape crossed bars (9) which are fixed lugs (10) whose end is provided in form hook (11) (see in particular in Figure 3). These tabs (10) protrude from the lower surface of the sole (4), which further comprises an orifice (12) for optionally screwing the fastener (3) to the profile (2). [0005] Plots (13) appear in two windows (8) diagonally located in the sole (4). These pads are connected via a tongue (14) to the short sides of the openings (8) proximal to the transverse median plane of the fasteners (3), but in the immediate vicinity of a long side. The tabs (10) comprise, on their face opposite to that which has the hook end portion (11), a fin (15) whose lower profile has a cut (16) of rectangular shape. As appears in Figures 4a and 4b, the pads (13) as well as the fins (15) and the cutouts (16) protrude from the lower surface of the sole (4). The profile (2) comprises a central rail (17) with three parallel grooves, a central groove (18) and two lateral grooves (19, 21). These grooves have a rectangular shape in section, and the central groove (18) has a linear thread on both sides of the vertical. This central rail is framed, in cross section, by two flat portions in which the tabs (10) / fins (15) extend. The threading of the central groove (18) makes it possible, if necessary, to fix the lug (3) by means of a screw inserted in the orifice (12) and which can then be fixed in the linear threading when the lug ( 3) is in the inserted position, as shown in Figure 4b, that is to say with the lower surface of the sole (4) in contact with the upper surface of the rail (17). Figure 4a shows the clip (3) before insertion, the arrows showing the direction and direction of the force to be applied to the clip (3) to clip it on the profile (2). The passage from one to the other involves the clipping of the tabs (10) and their hooks (11) in side rails (22, 23) of the rail (17) central. The hook portions (11) and the upper part of the side rails (22, 23) comprise a bevelled or oblique surface which, in the manner of a cam, allows the sliding and bending of the tabs (10) in order to their clipping inside the slides (21, 22). Simultaneously with this clipping, the studs (13) fit into pre-drilled orifices (24) at regular intervals in the grooves (19, 20), as shown in FIG. [0006] The positioning of the fasteners (3) in the profile (2) is therefore particularly accurate. However, in the event of deformation of the slats (1), involving either a swelling or a contraction of the wood, that is to say a transverse deformation of each slat in the direction of a dilation resulting in a increasing its width or shrinkage which results in a reduction in its width, the fasteners (3) have the possibility of lateral play, as shown in Figure 6. The arrows appearing in this figure 6 show the direction contraction or expansion of the slats, allowing a flexion of the tabs (14) to abut against the edge of the openings (8) near which the studs (13) are located. These edges limit the flexion and form a stop to the displacement and thus the possible play. The tongues (14) can therefore be deformed in order to allow the fasteners (3) to slide slightly along the profile, thereby avoiding deterioration of said fasteners (3) when the wood is deformed. The additional advantage of the limitation of the stroke due to the proximity of the studs (13) with the edge of the openings (8) lies in the fact that the wood is maintained, despite its expansion or retraction, close to its position predefined, which is important in the more general framework of decking configuration and management. Figure 7 shows the shape of a disassembly tool (25) with a user's upper handling portion and a lower segment (26) for engagement with the fin cutouts (16). (15). The segment (26) is inserted into a gap separating two adjacent slats (1), then the tool is rotated by 90 ° before being placed in the cutout (16) protruding under the sole (4) as is clearly shown in Figure 4b. This movement is possible because of the existence of the offset between the upper surface of the central rail (17) of the profile (2) and the flat portions in which the tabs (10) and the fins (15) extend. It then only has to exert an upward traction as shown by the arrow of FIG. 8 to unlock the hook (11) of the slide (22) by deformation (bending) of the tab (10), involving, where appropriate, a combined torsion of the crossmember (9). The fastener (3) removed from the profile (2) remains in the slat (1), from which it can however be extracted later. The operation can be renewed for the other fasteners, until complete disassembly of the batten (1) of its various supports (20). The profile (2), for example made of extruded aluminum, is rigid, while the fasteners (3) must obviously be made of a flexible and resilient material so that all the manipulations described are possible. [0007] The invention is not limited to the example described on the basis of the above figures, but on the contrary covers variants of shape and constitution that are within the reach of those skilled in the art.
